What's to be hyped about? At this point those games are as repetitive as the typical sports game. I doubt there's gonna be anything ground breaking in it.

Hence, "cautiously". I'm hoping EA doesn't screw it up. Ghost Games -might- have learned it's lesson. After playing with NFS since High Stakes, I won't take shite. ~T

I personally find the newer need for speed games to be.. well.. not as good as the ones from the early 2000s' era. When EA launched NFS: World Online is it was god awful, pay to win experience. The ones that aren't, such as Hot Pursuit(The 2010 edition that is), weren't terrible, but they weren't all that great either. The best NFS in my opinion would be Underground 2. I still got the disks in one of my boxes somewhere. Not really hyped to see the new one, but I want to see what they've changed about it to make it a "unqiue" game. Ever since Underground 2, I've really just seen them come out with almost the same concept, but with a newer rendering engine.

^True I've been slightly hyped for this one when I heard they're finally rebooting it to Underground/Carbon/Most Wanted roots ~T
