How do you cope with it all!

Listen to music,watch anime (always puts me in a good mood), eat food, read manga talk to friends, play games or take a really long shower (idk why but it works for me)

Normally I get depressed about my failures, I don't have many but when I do fail I get depressed. I don't do anything about it in particular but I've realized that swallowing every little emotion is a bad habit I've created for myself like some sort of defense. There have been times, few times, where i have felt completely worn out and unmotivated so I usually tell myself I'm better than anyone and most importantly than who I was yesterday (I know is arrogant and selfish but it helps) so I keep going forward and I end up doing things normal persons can't. Sometimes (three horrible times) tho I had to watch anime or eat stuff, maybe drink or exercise because the problems were too heavy I couldn't mentally erase them. That do not happens often since I'm a very optimistic person but once in a long while I break down due to trying to rely solely on myself.

Some weeks I manage pretty well. I have a busy schedule. The days that are above and beyond bad are kinda the straw on the camels back for me. I usually veg out on the internet or watch anime and go to bed early. Because the thing is, tomorrow it starts all over again. I might have those same problems, they may have slightly improved. Ultimately I can't stop and drop everything or my house of cards crashes to the floor. On the days I'm down for whatever reason, I usually try to make plans to do something. With Summer coming I'll have the river and float trips with the buds to look forward to on the weekends. ^_^

Cigarettes and Eminem. .. Eminem depressing stuff gets me through... even though I stay low most of the time because of the choice of music but I get through it.. not happily but I do get through
