Why don't any of you join the Catholic Church?

Interesting yeah but your point was by comparison to common occupations and gave me a source that was entirely about the Catholic clergy. 8/

I question the Roman Catholic Church as a denomination, their actions and statements also their track record does not seem very christian like to me also this pope just does not speak the word of God, like saying God isn't a magician well according to the bible he is, he can speak it and it comes into being that's pretty much the definition of a magician but on a grander scale. You can't believe in the theory of evolution and call yourself a christian at the same time that's just ludicrous. I saw the comments of priests molesting young boys, all I have to say about that is there is a reason why they call it the ROMAN catholic church. Look into how the Romans and young boys behaved together you'll find startling similarities. Practices from centuries ago still go on today in a great multitude of venues.

Well, I went to a Catholic middle school. I hated the uniforms. Not fun. I didn't mind mass, but it was a little boring. It's a lot more than just "joining". You shouldn't just join because you feel like it. You should do it because you truly believe in the Catholic form of a God. If you don't do it for logical reasons, then there isn't much point. All this junk about priests molesting stuff is rubbish. Sure, it happens. It's bad and awful, and nothing makes it okay...but don't just make the generalization that all Catholic Priests are into touching children. I have a lot of respect for religions, I just don't want to be converted to anything because I'm happy with how I am. :)
