Force max image height/width for embedded images

I find it a little bit aggravating when I am trying to link a picture and it has to be gigantic. Can we just force some html code that sets max limits on image height/width?

I don't know about uploading pictures. The code is probably different so I don't know what happened, haha. I'm just talking about linking pictures from other websites to embed
