Not a virgin, but for what it's worth I'd go for the romance. In fact, I strongly urge you do not settle for anything less. The "get it over with" route is really shallow and leaves much to be desired. When I lost my virginity, I was so pressured into it that afterwards I instantly knew I made a mistake, an irrevocable one. So, be prudent. Also, sex is really freaking overrated.
