How many would recognize this cosplay?

I just had a random thought, maybe I could cosplay HIM!I fit the bill, tall, glasses, even blue eyes! But the issue is that he doesn't exactly stand out (in my opinion) as a (noticeable) cosplay. He's Shrade from the anime Aquarion Evol. Anyone familiar with him and what are your thoughts on him being a recognizable cosplay. Cosplay is for fun but its never nearly as fun if nobody recognizes who your cosplaying as. (Speaking from experience)

You mean the guy from the band?? I have no idea about this one... It depends why you cosplay, you might get a kick out of only getting a couple of people recognising you. When I did Kyoko from Skip Beat! at Expo only one person recognised me, and obviously since it's just a jumpsuit and isn't revealing or intricate no one but her wanted photos. If your costume looks hard to make or quirky you'll probably still get asked for photos and stuff, you'll just have to continuously explain who you are!

He's from the anime Aquarion Evol. I've posted a picture of him. I didn't earlier because I wasn't certain how too. Of course I enjoy it when many people want pictures and get a kick out of my cosplay but I would hope that at least maybe 5 people might recognize it haha. Trust me I know exactly what that's like. That was pretty much my first year cosplaying (At Dragon Con as The Doctor). The only person who ever asked for a picture was a woman who dressed her baby up as the same Doctor as me, which was kind of cool. I've had to do that a few times at AWA dressed as Fai from Tsubasa lol. Funny thing was that it wasn't all that complicated and it was at an anime con but it was a slightly older anime so I guess it's not too surprising. As you can see from the picture though it's not very complicated at all....or exactly that unique.
