What do guys find attractive?

I'm a sucker for "cute" women. It's getting harder to find women like that around my age though. Better snatch one quick before they're all gone.

I do have a weakness for black hair and green eyes. ^^ That's the closest thing to me giving a damn about looks. Personality is the only thing that really counts in my book.

My first love had a very shy personality, she was also pretty short and had blond hair, even though I haven't seen her in years, its her traits still stick with me, any girl like her is my type.

People around here are saying "personality"; I'd like to elaborate on that... I really appreciate a girl with a sense of independence, one who's not afraid to look ridiculous, one who plays along with silly situations and conversations. Also, I find girls who can counter humor(for example, taking a sentence and making a ironic/sarcastic response to it) awesome.
