So I was just wondering what you all think about this...

Is it normal or even a good idea to wanna meet up with people online just to be friends and nothing more? Like I don't wanna hook up, have any sexual encounters, have threesomes or switch sexual partners. Maybe I'm just stupid for thinking it would be a good idea or am I? I mean I already have a guy I'm with as you all know, but I don't wanna like be with anyone else and wanna just be friends and even as to meet people online in person once I get to know them well enough. In real life I really don't have many friends, because I've always been really super shy and online has always only been the best way for me to get in contact with anyone like that and if I could do that with people here too I wouldn't mind at all.

No I completely understand it. I'd love to meet up with some friends I've made on here, We'd have a blast. So no, I don't believe it's odd at all.

No i dont see why making friends online and getting to know them and hangout would be strange...im actually a shy person so its hard making friends as it is let alone finding love, but since coming to the site i've found both. So yes i think its normal to want to make friends to meet up with and hang out

I mean it's just so hard to bond with people in real life. So I thought it's easier online and then you can just meet those people.

Well being online gives you more freedom in the fact you don't really need hide anything since most of the time you will never meet them face to face and negative outcomes won't affect you as much. Because of this people open up more easily and in turn bond easier. Well, that's my take on it at least.

So am I, I say what I mean and be me all the time, It's just many people are too shy, just not honest or are afraid of being shunned for what they like or some of their quirks that they hide. While still many do this online, Many that do so in real life, Don't online.

Yeah leo haha im a shy person believe it or not, idk im pretty quiet irl dont get me wrong i act the same way sometimes in real life but only when im comfortable...and jig yeah i can see what you mean but not everyone is here for a relationship or sex/hook ups alot of them just want a friend
