Greetings All!

Hi! I'm unusual in that I only discovered anime when I was 17 and am still as in love with it at 28 (I intend to never lose my inner childlike side XD) <3 Until recently I hadn't realised there was an online community like this of other anime fans (probably because I was buried in my room with anime like Takumi in Chaos Head). Because it was the first proper anime I started watching I thought I'd introduce myself through the medium of Naruto: Hayate Kakashi turned his attention to the third genin, hoping for something less odd. ‘Seriously I swear the Hokage enjoys giving me the oddball teams to tutor. At least the last one looks fairly normal, albeit he does seem to space out a lot.’ The third genin glanced up, realising it was his turn to introduce himself and said brightly: “Uhh Hi! I’m Jeremy Sharples although that’s not my true hidden name.” Kakashi sighed – he had a bad feeling about this. “My likes are my siblings, my friends…” Better...thought Kakashi “And anything mysterious and unknown. Like ghosts! Or unexplained events – like what is dark matter and do humans have an aura?” Kakashi internally face palmed. “I dislike conflict, hypocrisy and wasps. I utterly dislike wasps. I swear sometimes they lock on, take aim and target me!” The young genin paused to think, “My dream…is to experience the feeling described as ‘true love’ someday if it exists; otherwise to have a best selling book 12 years from now. Or to obtain immortal powers and explore the Universe as an Eternal!” It was a good thing no-one was taking pictures now, thought Kakashi, and that I have a mask covering my face. Does the Hokage purposely do this to me? “Finally my hobbies – enjoying the company of friends/siblings, experiencing anything Japanese, watching anime, writing, theology…oh and shipping shoujo-ai pairings! Kakashi tried to look as disapproving as he could with the book Make Out Paradise 4: Forbidden Love in his back pocket. “Enough,” Kakashi said as he always did, “I believe we all understand each other (sort of-ish-well not at all but whatever) so let training begin.” Glancing up at the sky though his sole thought was ‘what have I done to deserve this!” Hope that helped by way of an Intro!
