Jikoshy. Oh yes I did my friend. I spend 75$ on shipping and handling to get ACTUAL Absinthe When I buy them. The only Absinthe of American origins I have is Marilyn Manson's "Mansinthe". But even that is European brewed. He didn't half ass it at all. Don't discriminate against my palate because I am American. We aren't all 'Murican

It's illegal to import actual absinthe to america, I've tried. Don't bullshit me. So you're either getting lower quality European absinthe (without the good stuff that makes absinthe, absinthe), or you're getting a knock off.

I probably wouldn't have a problem with beer that's not American. It's piss water here because it's faster and more profitable to make it cheap and in bulk with low-grade ingredients than to make a smaller batch with better ingredients. I know thats the current american way, and its why I order out of the states for items when It really matters.

Yeah that was a law from a long time ago. But as always American laws are messy and confusing and it takes the right outlet with the right paperwork showing the absinthe I order is free of particular chemicals resulting from the wormwood being used. In many cases anything brewed without Wormwood is allowed to be imported.

Not every beer is cheap and crappy. Blue moon, manufactured by MillerCoors, is actually one of the best "big brand" ales going. There's also yuengling, with is a great lager. Woodchuck is a great cider. Sam adams coldsnap was a really good seasonal beer. Branch out.. you'll find good shit.
