@meisterman1985 It isn't, but we are still fortunate. If we lived during those times, it would be next to impossible to learn and hear all of this good music. Even at the early 2000s, you need to be lucky with hearing the music you like in the radio or be fortunate to hear something through word of mouth to know new music. If you happen to listen to a genre that never gets air time in a radio station, you'll never get to hear it at all. These days, I just follow youtube's recommended videos and that helps me learn more about other genres I would have otherwise ignored. So. The way I found out about this music is that I have been listening to EDM for awhile now (more than a decade in fact). So my taste for the EDM genre continues to evolve. Still like all of them, but I mainly listen to what they call Future funk. It is electric music using the samples of all the Japenese songs from the 80s.
