Hell no, I'd rarely ever get to drink anything if I did that. Girls just taste better, Much sweeter. So though what you described is perfect for rituals, Might need to get some.

Nope, It goes through my digestive track, Which completely incinerates whatever disease that maybe inside it. If vampires didn't work like that we'd all be dead by now.
