Do girls want me to say I want to have sex or I would like to have sex? Cuz really men are this way, at least MY friends with some exeptions.

Please don't generalize, we're not all like that. Anyways, I'm not sure if I understand the question. both options sound pretty much the same.

I think girls would rather ease into intimacy and sex over time or when they feel it's right. If you actually ask them (after you have spent some time becoming intimate.) Then it would be better to say "Do you want to have sex?" rather than "I want to have sex." or "I would like to have sex." Because that sounds selfish. Girls already know that you probably want sex with them because most guys do. But most girls want something more than just sex. (Not all the time, but most of the time.) So they want to know that you are interested in them for more than just sex. Because girls quickly tire of guys just wanting sex and moving on to the next girl which many guys do.
