From what I can tell, it's being maintained very half half heartedly. Spam sits in the forums unchecked and plenty of easy to fix bugs go ignored. Not to mention simple feature requests that fall on deaf ears.

Well the whole website is run by 1 guy so dont expect alot of things to happen immediately. But he does work on it. I've seen him update it alot my time here.
