It all depends on your own sex drive. No matter how much you love someone, if you have a high sex drive and they have a very low drive or not interested in sex you will be sexually frustrated. It's basic biology. Couples who love each other, still cheat on each other for sexual reasons. I'm not saying its impossible, just that it can cause long term issues no matter how serious the feelings are. A complete lack of sexuality is something I would consider a disease or mental illness, people naturally have different libidos, but if I was with someone I cared about that lacked any sexuality I would try to get them to get treatment, whether this involved hormone replacement therapy or psychological therapy would not matter. Either that or assume that I myself was not attractive to them, which could also be a possibility at which point I would call the relationship failed and probably just say hey lets just be friends
