I would have to say my favorite jrpg series is persona as for overall favorite it varies since I ply a bunch of Role-playing games in general

I started with Persona before the main Shin Megami Tensei series. The other games seem like a side story to persona from my perspective :)

Final Fantasy sequel, no doubt on that. The best RPG atm would be FF XIV: A Realm Reborn.
