Well, I would... I just drove around a bit and the traffic on 95 north is horrendous. What should take no more than 1 1/2 hrs would probably take 3 or 4.

No... Probably because of summer/weekend travel. Its normal around here. If it was for Otakon, it'd have into the hundreds of thousands attending...or close to the whole of Baltimore.
