No, I'm not describing me (yeah I am), I'm describing what I like in other people. The list is of course a lot longer, but I figured these three made a good headline. All in all I love girls (an sure, guys too) who has a good, and preferably a little dark, sense of humour. You gotta be able to make light of a situation. If I can have a spirited debate with you over something and you're able to change my mind on a subject or teach me something I didn't know, then I am proud to have you as my friend. Also, I know that this is very un-japanese of me, but I love a girl with a strong attitude. You gotta have balls (figuratively, not literally. Though I'm still not judging). It's important that you feel confident enough to speak your mind, even though what you have to say may or may not be received too well by everyone.
