Sephiroth may have made an oversight or just flat out didnt think this would happen. Often times we think "nobody's stupid enough to do _____ right?" But hey it happens. So for all we know he very well could have intended this place to be all ages (I don't agree with that btw). The best we can do now is ask him directly. Im also genuinely surprised that if people cared about this they wouldn't think to ask him.

It started as a discussion, really. Which turns into a debate... well, kinda. Then got derailed and (I felt like) it was being made a joke of. I got pissed. These are kids at risk. Yes, kids make stupid mistakes. Falling for a pedophile should not be one of them, and if there is anyway to avoid that, then I would say to go for it. Id rather the kids get pissed off they cant have their toy than blowing their hand off when the firework goes off in it. Hopefully the metaphor works. :/
