Any aspiring voice actors here?

I know it's a dream of quite a few people who are into anime to be able to do some voice-over work. I'm actually looking for a voice-actress for an animation I'm doing, so I'm curious if I could find anybody here. Guy or girl, feel free to post what kind of voice acting you think you would be good at!

I've been kind of inspired by the ask-voice blogs on tumblr and I've kinda wanted to do some fan stuff. Nothing professional but most of my hobbies are like that.

@jikokun Cool. I sent you a friend request. It's still far off in the future until I will need voice acting, But I'll keep you in mind when I get to that point.

What I'm doing is very similar to the RWBY series by Rooster Teeth on youtube. It's just a personal project that I want to do on the side that offers me full creative freedom, and that people will be able to watch for free. That being said, I'm looking more for people who want to get their voice out there on something that could get popular.

I'm confident at secondary and kid characters if you need extras, but I can ask a girl in the Utaite group I'm in, she has a good range. Fine if you're looking for only here though

Hi, voice actor here. I do mostly games and, advertisements right now but am looking into getting a,job dubbing anime. The best advice i can give anyone is to be persistent and never ever give up. Outside of that you have to be a people person since the industry is all about who you know rather than how good are.

I'm more on the writing and design side of things, but some advice I can offer to people wanting to start out is to get some stuff out on youtube. A lot of people, including myself, are using it to show off work.
