Otakon Organized Meetup

I hope they have a decent music group this year, at least. I was pissed when I missed l'arc en Ciel. Even worse was the dir en Gray concert I believe a day or so before otakon. Arrrrggghhh. I would have loved that ><

I'll be going. Not sure how I'll get there, but I'm going. Damn it.

Damn didn't expect this many posts, but anywho. Well if anything we can meet up via landmark. I know I'll be there on Thursday for Pre-Reg and just be chilling around the town. I propose we all meet up and the Ripley Believe it or not Ball, since it's hard to miss and almost everyone should know where it is. At least for people that are going to be there on Thursday. For the people that don't have kik, we can come up with some other solution to actually converse and make this meetup actually happen.

Not sure if I'm going now since I had to pay taxes this year. But there are a few meetups already planned I'll be at. You should try to get a spot at that sushi place on the harbor or Kona grill should be free if there's no baseball games. I mean, if you have enough definites.

@jikokun, I'd check booking.com for hotel rooms. Me and Kyong got ours for the con yesterday. For the two days combined (with taxes and everything) it was only a little over $100. Its a 20 minute walk from the convention center, all sidewalks. The hotel is nothing spectacular, but its well taken care of and everything. You can't hope for a better deal than that.
