Ah, I see. That must make it easier to find new anime to watch. While I do have some preferred genres I don't think there's any one that I always hate either (except maybe yaoi XD).

Yeah, it is! I mentioned it because your profile says you like yuri. I'm not the biggest fan (not that I dislike it, I just don't have a particular affinity for it) but I really enjoyed it. Like Baccano it has a varied and interesting cast of characters, but Simoun is more drama-focused and has little comedy. It's also got some gender-bending (it's set in a world where everyone is born female and chooses their permanent gender later in life) if you're into that.
