Maybe someone extremely close to you is in more pain than you know. Just because they smile and tell you that everything's fine doesn't mean that you can trust their words and smiles. You have to look beyond their words and their gestures to see the pain they hide inside. The pain that they may be desperately trying to hide.

Sometimes you really wish that you could help someone you care for in the ways that they won't but you just can't because that would cross lines that can't be crossed : (
