[Frick Atlanta] @joemama711 Yeah its not fun at all >_< Ive gome through periods of anarexic to overeating constantly and now just steadyly getting better. Its kinda tough calculating things you wanna eat for a week and needing to eat enough protein in a day is hard. I hate eating healthy honestly cause take out is stupid tasty.

Cookie Mommy ® @wei_ying Yeah, I understand struggling to change the way you eat especially after eating a certain way for a long time. I am happy to hear you are starting to find some kind of a balance so you don’t under-eat or overeat. My mom when me and my siblings were younger changed to plant based foods and she didn’t immediately start us off with just all vegetables/health foods since she understood we were used to eating a certain way. But I can tell you it does and can get easier when you continue to do it and find things you like with health foods, just keep pushing past the nasty stuff because even though takeout is stupid tasty, eating healthy does make a difference for sure ^-^

[Frick Atlanta] @joemama711 Its a pride thing, very easy to get lost in the sauce, if i didnt humble myself and say I dont know everything or Im not that great/smart/etc then id probably just like that. Its kinda arrogant but it can also be hiding flaws from insecruity hard to tell tbh. Fine line between confident and arrogance, so fine tiny step changes from one to another.
