The baddest bitch @joemama711 Yeah its not fun at all >_< Ive gome through periods of anarexic to overeating constantly and now just steadyly getting better. Its kinda tough calculating things you wanna eat for a week and needing to eat enough protein in a day is hard. I hate eating healthy honestly cause take out is stupid tasty.

Forgetful Mommy ® @wei_ying Yeah, I understand struggling to change the way you eat especially after eating a certain way for a long time. I am happy to hear you are starting to find some kind of a balance so you don’t under-eat or overeat. My mom when me and my siblings were younger changed to plant based foods and she didn’t immediately start us off with just all vegetables/health foods since she understood we were used to eating a certain way. But I can tell you it does and can get easier when you continue to do it and find things you like with health foods, just keep pushing past the nasty stuff because even though takeout is stupid tasty, eating healthy does make a difference for sure ^-^
