Higuruma & Sunflowers @verucassault When I was doing Keto I was making noodles and bread out of eggs so I can see how the chicken could work but guy was putting sauce on it. Let's not kid ourselves, he made meatloaf. I mean, arc and I make turkey meatloaf all the time so I get it.

Gambling addict. @joemama711 Was it like cloud bread? I don't think I could do a Kito diet just seems way too fatty/expensive/ would ruin my skin probs. I tried meatload onxece and wasn't my thing but idk how its supposed to taste?

Higuruma & Sunflowers @verucassault There's different ways to do keto. One heavy in fats is Dirty Keto, but I only ate a lot if fat when I was starting to get burned out on eating clean. I mostly ate greens, broccoli, cauliflower with various meat dishes, so steak, lots of chicken, taco meat, chili. I ate cheese as well. Basically you control your carb intake, make sure you hit your goal on protein and the less fat you eat, the more weight you lose. Dodging the carbs is the main goal but eating a lot of fat will slow your progess.

Higuruma & Sunflowers @verucassault The great thing about keto though is that it naturally changes the way you feel hunger. Like I could fast very easily on keto. And basically, if you feel hungry, then you know you're doing it wrong. It basically means you ate too many carbs and fell out if ketosis.

Higuruma & Sunflowers @verucassault It's only hard to get started and get into ketosis. Your body actually has withdrawals from sugars and carbs. You get headaches or what they call keto-flu. But once you get into ketosis you feel a lot better. Even cognitively.

Higuruma & Sunflowers @verucassault I don't know if the bread recipe I did was considered cloud bread. I know I used egg whites to make it. It's really weird. Kinda spongy. Like an unsweetened angel food cake that isn't moist. It works better than it sounds though, for toast or sandwiches. I even made Hamburger buns a few times.

Gambling addict. @joemama711 Are you going back to it or some kind of mix with it or do you have a different diet? I'm kinda just eating mostly clean but ive always had a issue with hittjng my protein.

Higuruma & Sunflowers @verucassault I never thought I would get a Switch but I have to say the one thing they are great for is cozy games. I tend to like big adventures with huge stories but sometimes I just want to play something simple with no stress. Nintendo leans into that now it seems.
