Never played active shooter, but i have seen coworkers play victims and lie there. We even had a bomb/hostage situation once, as well as a child kidnapping situation where the suspect had a doll in his backpack as the baby and literally no one could find him.

It was run by gangster cats and yes I was very afraid of them. The rival was the ruff mafia dogs and there were often disputes over territory. The ruff mafia dogs pissed around stuff to mark theirs and after awhile it all smelled sick....
