Finally caught New Game episode 7. It was really cutesy (bouncy animation, exaggerated expressions, etc) but not much game-centric content. Also WHAT THE FUCK AOBA'S BREASTS WERE TOTALLY BIGGER IN THE PREVIOUS EPISODE!!! I'M GONNA CANCEL MY BLU-RAY PREORDER RIGHT NOW--ERRR I MEAN (#womp) but seriously, I have the screenshots to prove it!!! Thus lifting the bra strap which then lifts the bra which lifts/cups her breasts more prominently? Hmmmm, if only... IF ONLY I HAD A KAWAII GURLFRIEND TO TEST IT ON!!! ("WHOA WHOA CALM THE FUCK DOWN THERE YOU FAT PIECE OF SHIT!!!") Well, okay #WOMP. Anyways, it was an okay-ish episode but I really wish they focused more on game-creation. It felt informative towards the start (Aoba's 3D modeling errors) but then it switched to soft-pellet guns, having game-studio health benefits (thanks for rubbing it in, New Game #LAUGHTRACK) and then just crazy antics in said health facility. The animation was really bouncy tho! I'd screenshot but it'd probably look best in gif form, which I can't do (yet) (I never really checked how to, tho!) The "giving birth" gag was good but it wasn't an accurate translation! I think Aoba said "Hifumi-senpai, sore wa chigaimasu."... THERE'S NO MENTION OF CHILD-BIRTH THERE!?!? Then again I don't know what child-birth would mean in Japanese (#WOMP) but I'm pretty sure "sore wa chigaimasu" means something like "That is incorrect/not right/wrong!" Still a good scene, tho! Hope they include that in the dub! :P One last thing: that nervous nurse sounded a lot like a mix between Kukuru from Joshiraku and Mirai from Kyoukai no Kanata, but I can't find any information on said character. Saw Aoi Honoo/Blue Blazes Live Action episodes 1-3. OH MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN that was really fun! I know Japanese dramas tend to favor hammy acting (I honestly wonder why...) but it totally works for this show! I wish Bakuman were as dynamic (anime version that is) (also gotta check out the live action version soon!) but yeah I like how the story centers around the anti-hero and his perspective of being in the shadow of someone who doesn't even acknowledge him... And the way he over complicates/reads-too-into things... it felt just like art school! (#WOMP) I kinda wish I had a super art student rival in college... or I guess it'd be kinda interesting filling Anno's role too, tee hee~ （っ＾ω＾ｃ）~ I wonder if my classmates ever saw me as such? (/ego) Anyways, I was really enchanted by Tonko! You don't usually see anime character's with dull-eyes and somewhat long noses and still be refereed to as "cute". It just wouldn't work in a medium that values ultra-cute or buxom characters (or both) (y'know to sell merchandise and stuff)! Most Americans would probably find her annoying since all she does is stare blankly (and closely) at main-chara while talking with a very strange tone... I can't really describe it but it's somewhat nasally and drought-out. I checked if it were her natural speaking voice but not really. Kinda similar but intentionally speaks more slow/dim-witted to fit her character. In short... SHE'S TOTALLY MY TYPE!!! Hmm) Anyways yeah MAN this was so exciting and inspiring and just super-duper cool! I gotta limit how many episodes I watch per day but MAN this is a blast!
