I didn't have that when living in New England, but I can tell you from January to March, it was rather depressing at times because a majority of the time you would see gray skies. Don't get me wrong however, Florida has its quirks too. Just the other morning I was horribly awakened by an alarm on my phone stating there was a tornado 10 miles down the road.

I'm originally from New England and it seemed like heaven when I moved to Florida. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy the snow, but it's the cold (and the windchill) that comes with it. Plus I think the weather can impact your outlook too.
