My favorite is the one I recommended to you. No manga has ever hit me like that one. Others that I love are Gantz, Your Knife (psychological thriller I recommend also), Fruits Basket, Fullmetal Alchemist, Rosario Vampire, Inuyashiki and Hotarubi no Mori e.

Since you like reading manga, I reccomend Harukana Machi e, a distant neighborhood. It's a beautiful story about an adult's time travel to his childhood. Slice of Life. Very touching.
