Yeah, broth is delicious! Dont knock it till you try it. Also I like to bake chicken and beef of course. Sometimes pastries as well. I love jamaican beef patties ^^

I planned to keep most of my recipes on my Instagram but yes I do bake from time to time. Usually on weekends. You can just drink the water you bpil your vegetables in. Waste not your sacred flavors little lamb. I dont have to see you to spank you <. <

Well yes actually. O.o mostly to do with lowering carbs and sugars worked for me but the better option is to avoid foods heavy in sugars to begin with or very high fiber foods. But as for practical tips id you dont want ti be roasting veggies then try boiling some, go for smoothies or just have them raw. I eat a LOT of meat so not sure how much i can help but diversifying your taste in spices for example can really go a long way in getting plain foods to taste good. Or use strong tasting fruits that you enjoy to overwhelm more bland but healthy foods.
