Thanks for suggestions. I used to do yoga almost daily before my injury and I think that helped a lot with both back and sleep issues. I loved it. I imagine it's very similar to Tai chi. Acupuncture I have not considered but now I'm intrigued.

Ghost @kuharido I do yoga aswell. I like a lot of that holistic stuff. Tai chi is similar but a bit more focused on the flowing part. Qigong is generally more simple and usually flows. Although I do some Qigong with no movement where you hold poses. I hope you can find some relief I find those things do well with chronic conditions.
