You need chicken breast fillets but all I do is season it with this seasoning called pretty Thai seasoning. Made burgers for the first time, came out pretty good for a general recipe. Just next time low and slow due to the low fat content they burn quite easy on the outside plus these eletric stovetop burners are no joke lol
