Ghost @kuharido Leopold was a cruel slave driver but he wasn't out for full blown genocide. Not like Hitler was. Stalin and Pop pot were pretty genocidal not quite Hitler like but lots of wholesale slaughter. I'm not talking in neighbors more of the attitude behind killing.
