I took a look at 322 pages of INTRODUCTONS on the forums just now! Hah, as expected, I detected some interesting facts XD....Surprisingly enough, my old friend Stephen-kun created an account on MO in 2014 (•̀⌄•́)...But that account is no longer active...I understand hah...This place may not be friendly enough to INTPs/INTJs(•̀⌄•́). Some other facts~~~It has been so many years~~~People grow up and change~~ I'm thinking about leaving my own footprint there??

Hi Enki how are you? I have a question for you as well~ What do you usually eat? What is some authentic food around your area? Most of the Chinese food around where I live maybe influenced by a mix of culture and unsure how authentic they really are. I feel I was possessed by my geography teacher just now...(≖͞_≖̥)...I had no idea why I would select this question from an old test to challenge somebody who also claims to be passionate about geography...Which spot can be the best spot to camp?..Luckily..I recalled the knowledge I learnt in highschool....and explained why that spot is the best...

To get authentic Kimchi, I would just make it myself by following YouTuber named maangchi's recipe. I can buy or order bulks of napa cabbage at Korean market called Galleria around where I live. All of the other Asian ingredients like dropwort, fish sauce, and fermented salted shrimp can be found also in an Asian market. Common ingredients like garlic I can get it from anywhere. https://youtu.be/eTucCw1w6Ak Another way to get some authentic kimchi is to go to your nearby Korean restaurant and buy some of their kimchi. However, they may just use premade kimchi from a supermarket...which may not be so good. You may also ask for authentic kimchi if you have a Korean friend that they make it in a big batch. I really like kimchi when it is made recently so that it doesn't have that sour taste yet. If you like sour kimchi, which is perfect for kimchi soup and other Korean dishes, you may need to wait for them to ferment for some time. I have limited family member (myself, dad and my mom) and others I haven't really seen them since they live in Korea. I can't go there anymore since apparently, I have to serve military service for 2 years, even though I lived most of my life in Canada and have Canadian citizenship... It seems they'll catch me at an airport and ship me away???. So I haven't really gone there to get my kimchi from there or have a get together to make kimchi. You can always buy a premade kimchi at an Asian grocery store...but I can't guarantee their taste and authenticity.
