I've always liked jesters. Maybe coz this one show I watched as a lad had this jester. His name was literally fucking "Jester" if I recall correctly. That guy was my favorite. Goofy sure, but he was cool. Looked like he was wearing pajamas tho.

Higuruma & Sunflowers @verucassault Cicero is a so-called Jester located just outside of Loreius Farm on the road beside a broken horse drawn carriage.

Mountain Curly @forgetmenot I remember I met Cicero on the first dragon fight outside Whiterun. I regret not giving him the time of day. I ended up liking him as a member of the Brotherhood. Soon as I saw him in the Sanctuary I remembered I'd seen him back helping fight the dragon at whiterun. Next playthrough I avoided fast travel in hopes of finding it, but no luck.

Mountain Curly @forgetmenot Even in the newer All Star Battle R, they still have to call Anasui "Anastasia". Which is only kinda right. Sadly we ain't seeing the return of Joshu to the roster.
