You can always try it even without a US number. I used my own area's number and it worked...after some five hours but it did work. Some people are lucky, some aren't. Give it a shot anyway, you never know.

You see that big grey/silver button on the top right corner of the screen? Click that and you should then click on account. There, you'll have to input your cellphone number and have the site verify it. It works better with US numbers but some other countries can use it too. After you get a text and put in the code, you should be able to comment below comments.
