Yeah, it sounds awful if you don't make it big as an author, or any creative career for that matter. I get what you mean by childish, and I think it's a fault of the readers they serve. They like that content, so people produce more formulaic off-shoots. They need to make a living, and using a tried-and-tested model is the safest way. But this is at the cost of creativity as you've pointed out. Readers should support anything decent that breaks the mould in a positive way. I recognise Release that Witch from my friend who's quite into it, and Kingdom's Bloodline - plan to read them sometime I don't really have any recommendations, but I did read a japanese LN called Rokka no Yusha, which seemed quite interesting at the time.

Haha, I have no idea on anything metaphysical. I've heard lots of claims, but never really seen anything first-hand and have no basis to believe in it or talk about it really. I do tend to think things like these are symbolic representations of deeper mechanisms tho. Like say when talking with someone, you can get a 'feel' of them, that if you attune yourself enough, feels genuinely like a sensation. Some would say you're sensing their aura, but... could it not be a physiological response, say hormones and the like to stimuli they give off, both visible and subtle, like body language, tonality, smell etc? We're heavily evolved to assess danger and opportunity in channels that don't have to reach our conscious mind. Yep, our concept of reality is only that. Ours. Subjective and nothing more. However, if we assume that life is good, which I would assume is the leap most people take (becauase if it isn't... why the hell would you want to go on with it? xD), there are objectively better and worse ways to go about things. I still haven't looked into epistemology. If you want to, feel free to clue me in, dm's or something so it doesn't get too messy... or I'll look into it myself once I'm done with other stuff :v Hmm, I guess in that time, (regarding evoloooootion of hoomanz), there haven't been all toooo many changes, but... You gotta remember that that division is only subjective in matter, and... we've come a long way from the source xD :'P (sorry for the late as hell response btw, uni and sheet left me too drained to make a conscious effort for this xD)

Neet is less active these days, which is a shame. There are a lot who have been here longer than me, though a few of them come and go. I also come and go quite a bit, as does my partner Sherflow.
