i get this hardcore i have been doing a form of therapy called, "brain spotting" for my PTSD and its seriously helpful!! I am working on my relationship trauma and it is doing fucking wonders man!!

As someone who recently went through a year of hell due to mental problems, Therapy helped a ton and i recommend it for everyone! Mental health match was the site i use. I wish you the best friend! ^^ never give up~
