PROGRESS incoming... Thanks to all the extra hard cardio I've been getting at work, I've managed to tear away another 16 pounds! Keep in mind that today is one of two high carb days I keep throughout the week, so I actually weighed in at 157.6 this morning. I gotta say though, I have NEVER seen these numbers before...The lowest I managed to get to 4 years ago was 163, and now I have managed to push myself down to a weight that I haven't been since at least elementary school.
Also, a side goal that I reached was getting my BMI and waist size down enough to where I don't have to pay the company fat tax at work! YAY! The two forms show my stats from last year, compared to what I got just a few days ago. A little over two weeks left on the weight loss phase, then the sculpting phase begins.

Do you ever have your plans of going to the beach fall through on a day off, then find yourself sitting in your room staring at the wall, listening to heavy metal under multicolored ocean wave lighting? No? Just me?
Making some serious strides towards getting in serious shape, I somehow managed to lose 26 pounds last month, currently putting me at 170. Just 10 more to go and I can start my weight lifting regime and keeping track of macros again, can't wait! ^_^
