Most welcome :3 hope it helps even a little ^_^ That's true depending on how much are you wanting to make yourself, how much detail & how complex you want it to be it can take around a year, but I usually give myself 6 to 8 months even if I am not making the cosplay myself it just gives me plenty of time to get all the stuff I need together without being in a huge rush (: also I ususlly change my mind to either fit into groups cosplays or have another character in mind. So it's good to give yourself plenty of time to get your costume together :3 Are you wa ting to cosplay sometime with a lot of detail or maybe an armor type character ?? :)

Hello there :3 Thank you so much =^.^= Well I would say that if you are going to cosplay you can choose the character you like the most & do your best to imitate their look. Even if you aren't 100% perfect it shouldn't stop you from doing cosplay if you are really into it :) Also you should search around your area for any cons that are near you, then you should attend them wether you cosplay or not its still a great way to have fun & make friends. :3 or you can just wear an anime shirt at the cons bcuz people will recognize the animes you like to watch & most likely strike up a conversation about that anime lol Hope this is helpful to you.
