Yeah, it's pretty easy, noreally I'd throw a bunch of chicken in a crock pot with salsa and do it that way, but I forgot salsa. But it's convenient to just make all my lunches at once. So all I have to do in the morning is grab the premade lunch and head out. And yes, chicken and fish is mostly what I eat.
