It should work for you so far you keep your age above 18, lots of people actually use the over 100 to express their real age while also disabling these blockers, like 116-117 in your case, should work effortlessly but be careful, this means anyone can post on your wall

This is done so because of your age settings, non chalantly the only benefit of "underage's" is to not be messaged by strangers. All the other crap they get is tots fine by the admin though
