aww sorry to hear that. but it's nice that you're gonna get to see the parents! I feel bad when normal, responsible working adults tell me about their work life, because I've been out of work for so long. blah. lol. and no, the resolution thing never really sticks with me so I'm just gonna let it roll.

No otaku friends outside here? wow that sucks, here (at my country) I have about eleven friends but that's enough for me; and yeah I think that at the beggining I was kinda ashamed of being an otaku but then I said "screw you people!, this is what I like" haha (seriously...lol) and here I am, somehow I survived :D and relax...we won't judge you here :) haha

Aww! Have a hug off me for a late christmas present! :) Im pretty much the same though, but only through force, spent christmas alone so it was pretty boring and was mostly given beer as my present...not that I was particularly complaining... For new year, tonight I will going to a friends, a small gathering, should be interesting, new year celebrations and a bit of an engagement party for 2 of them! Shame you have to work tomorrow though! Ill have a drink for you! :)

well Dee, I'm Chris but some of my friends call me Wasabi sensei ಠ_ಠ I know it's a weird nickname but it have to do with my first time eating sushi at one convention here at Costa Rica; as you can imagine, it starts like this: "what is this green stuff?...what the hell I'll try it" :/ big mistake haha; what about you? any otaku story?

I'm easy going (seriously haha) and I like to be around other people that take their time and enjoy life without being always in a rush, nice to meet you (I know, this is not really like meeting you but I'm just polite haha)

But yeah, things are the same...theres a few people like me but I lost a lot of friends like me recently, long story but it involved a falling out of sorts...not too happy but oh well, hence diverting my attention elsewhere! Im good thanks! Hope you had a good christmas too? Mine was fairly uneventful I guess, price you pay for being alone! Plans for new year yet? :)
