My mother put me on a diet similar to the Paleo Diet direction while I live independently. Watch the Netflix series "Paleo Way". It's much better than what many trial & error medications do to us, which they didn't exist in ancient time periods. I took many meds. From the violence caused by Ritalin at age 4, to 30 years later brain-corruption and painful depression by Lamictal (Lamotrigine) and Lorazepam. Some meds cost a lot of money when you have no insurance or enter a "donut hole". Real brand and generic brand meds differ from each other in performance.
