Have you clicked where it says "Friends Only"? It should come up with a popup with "Public", "Friends Only" and "Close" as the options. If you have apologies, just thought I'd start with the obvious.

A lot of times on this site you have to refresh for things to really take effect. Idk whats wrong with that one though. This site needs a lot of work....
