The mechanics and engineering that goes into a visual novel is usually fairly basic depending on design, very basic UI programming followed by image rendering and text rendering. This can easily be achieved depending on what programming language is being used to develop the VN's engine itself. I've developed various engines in the past in C++ with the OpenGL API that were more than able to handle such a task, as well as run on all platforms that supported OpenGL(Just about all of them). One of which is actually being developed for a top down RPG project as we speak. I'm also knowledgeable in website development as well. I'd be more than happy to help if you needed it, I have years of experience writing code for PC as a programming enthusiast, especially when it comes to games. I've wanted to make a VN in the past, but I can't draw and my writing skills when it comes to stories aren't all that great. If you got graphics and a story, the engineering behind it will take but little time depending on the experience of the one writing it. It's much easier for one to write their own engine, then to deal with licensing restrictions on one pre-built by another individual or group. I do not know anything about mobility programming for ARM devices however.

I would have to say no because I don't want to be killed because of forgetting our first anniversary. I just know she would kill me over something stupid. Now if you take the murdering aspect out and leave the stalker, then yeah. I'd try it.
