But as for the Pirate Dispatch Group, this is the most open example in a chapter of a Warlord's doings. It took entire Arcs to learn what Crocodile, Moriah, and Doflamingo did with their status and their own complexity. Kuma is the only one who really follows orders and Mihawk gets in frequent duals. Hancock and Jinbe protect their kingdoms. Blackbeard just wanted to go to Impel Down and fuck shit up. White Beard's son just goes around and kills who his mom asks. But Buggy has a business. Not as valuable as Doffy, but it's prospering.
