So I went to a con ran (awhile ago) by animeleague UK and some genius con organiser thought it would be a greater idea to set up a karaoke bar. No one had the balls to use it and at the time I was too busy with the ITG and smash tourney and blazblue tourney. y u no sing your little weeb heart? Suffice to say the karaoke idea was never used again. Too bad too since it was set up on the stage where all the performers would go too. It was neat. Except for the fact that no one would dare do anything but stare at stuff. Seriously, they paid 40 or so quid to just sit around and gawk and occasionally buy 2nd hand manga.

I've never been to one but it sounds interesting. I don't exactly have any good anime friends except my brother but would we meet people there? What exactly do you do? How does it all work? And you've got to register or something? Sorry for all the questions but I really am interested.
