What teacup said. I tried lunesta and ambien and I can deeeefinitely see how they are addictive. I love the way Patton Oswalt describes them.
But something I would suggest... a lot of people say drinking warm milk helps them sleep. Fuck that, I love icy cold milk. But something that does gear me up for bed is chamomile tea with honey. It just makes me feel snugly.
